DBathrooms – Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
1. Product Information
At DBathrooms, we source product details from reputable third-party suppliers and manufacturers. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions. Product visuals may differ slightly due to screen settings or promotional styling.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. In certain cases, we may offer store credit or exchange, provided:
- The item is returned within 28 days of purchase
- It is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- It is not a custom-made or bulky product (e.g. bathtubs or shower screens)
Return shipping is at your cost. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
3. Faulty or Defective Goods
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults, or repair/replacement for minor issues. Additional 12-month warranties may apply where stated.
Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber for warranty validity.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage from misuse, liquid, impact, or unauthorised modification
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues
- Missing serial numbers or lost/stolen goods
- Products without proof of purchase
5. Returns Process
Contact our support team to initiate a return. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation and instructions. After inspection, if the return is valid, we’ll process your refund, credit, or replacement. Invalid returns will be returned at your expense.
Please allow up to 28 days for processing.
6. Refunds & Exchanges – Additional Terms
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days
- Proof of purchase required
- Items must include all original packaging/manuals/bonuses
- Photo ID may be requested
- 20% restocking fee for refunds, 10% fee for exchanges
